Heat Press
What Is It?
Heat press is a popular printing method that uses heat and pressure to transfer designs onto fabric and other materials. It’s ideal for vibrant, full-color graphics, custom names and numbers, and small-batch orders. This technique works by applying heat-activated vinyl or transfer paper to a surface, resulting in a smooth, durable finish. Heat press is perfect for creating personalized apparel like team jerseys, event shirts, or branded merchandise. It’s quick, cost-effective, and delivers bold, eye-catching results with a professional look.

What is the typical time frame for an order?
Typical orders take 7-10 business days from the time of art approval and product received.
What is your minimum order?
For screenprint, our minimum order is 12 pieces. For orders less than 12, we recommend using DTF transfers to press your image onto your apparel; there’s no minimum for DTF.
For embroidery, there is no minimum order.
If I already have my logo or artwork, what kind of files are best?
For screen printing, we prefer that you send vector art. We accept PDFs, EPS, CDR (Corel Draw), high-quality JPEG, and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files.
For embroidery, we prefer that you send vector art, EMB, or DST files.
Does Elite do contract printing?

How does your pricing work?
What you receive in a quote is what you will be charged!
For screenprint, cost depends on the quantity of items, the number of print locations, and the number of colors.
For embroidery, cost depends on the total quantity being sewn and the stitch count, which impacts how long the item runs on the machines. If your logo for embroidery has to be digitized, we will add in a one-time digitizing charge the first time and then hang on to your logo for any future use.
We are happy to work up a quote for you without sneaky setup or art fees, which are always included!
